Water filter Platypus QuickDraw™ Filter
Lightweight water filter
The Platypus QuickDraw™ portable water filter weighs only 80 grams and, thanks to the I/O dual thread design, screws onto any PET bottle with a 28 mm thread.
The I/O dual thread design allows the filter to be screwed onto 28mm PET lemonade/water bottles, smartwater®, Evian, Coca Cola and other brands as well as the Platy Hoser™ Reservoir, Platy 2.0L Bottles, Platy SoftBottle ™, Platy Water Tank , etc.
The QuickDraw Micro-Filter System draws on decades of experience in filtration and hydration to provide adventurers with the best experience using water bottles widely available on the market.
Effective : Each microfilter is individually tested to ensure it meets all EPA and NSF guidelines for filtering out 99.9999% of bacteria and 99.9% of protozoa*.
*This includes Giardia, Cryptosporidium, E. coli, Salmonella and Cholera.
Ultra-fast flow rates : The hollow fiber cartridge filter filters up to 3L per minute at normal extrusion pressure.
Simple, effective cleaning: To clean the filter, it is only necessary to shake or rinse it. It does not require any tools. Regular cleaning ensures that the filtration flow will remain consistently fast.
*Before long-term storage, disinfect the filter with water to which chlorine has been added - squeeze 1 liter of chlorinated water through the filter and close the filter with a cap.
