Chest circumference at widest point. Hands relaxed and down by the sides.

Waist (2)

Waist at the narrowest point.

Hips (3)

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and measure the widest part of your hips.

The circumference of the narrowest part of the waist

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and measure the circumference of your hips at the widest part
