Chest (1)

Chest circumference at widest point. Hands relaxed and down by the sides.

Waist (2)

Waist at the narrowest point,

Hips (3)

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and measure the widest part of your hips.

How to measure your pants size

Circumference of the narrowest part of the waist

Hips (2)

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and measure the circumference of your hips at the widest part

While standing straight, measure the inside of the leg from the crotch to the floor
