Mammut mountaineering socks with merino wool
Warm, breathable socks for mountaineering and ski touring. Made from 44% polyamide, 38% merino wool, 16% polypropylene and 2% elastane. Mesh-knit zones improve ventilation, while merino wool and hydrophobic polypropylene help wick away moisture. Reinforcement under the foot provides cushioning, while ankle and lower-leg reinforcements help protect against boot chafing. Suitable for long and multi-day routes.

Ventilation and moisture wicking
Strategically placed mesh-knit zones improve air circulation, while hydrophobic polypropylene in the heel and underfoot helps keep feet dry.

Reinforcements throughout the sole absorb impact and provide comfort during prolonged exertion.
Protection against boot chafing
Polyamide reinforcements around the ankle and lower leg increase durability and help reduce chafing caused by boots.
Ergonomic fit
