How to get a Traveler customer card?

The card can be purchased in Ceľotājs and Urban Outdoor stores, as well as in the online store veikalscelotajs.lv

Fee: 5 euros.

Do I have to carry the card with me?

No. Customer cards purchased starting from 2019 are in electronic form.

Physical plastic cards issued before 2019 are also valid, but to use their benefits, the card must be presented physically and we will re-register it to electronic format free of charge.

How to use the customer card in the Traveler's online store veikalscelotajs.lv?

To use the customer card discount in the online store (veikalscelotajs.lv), before making the payment, you must enter the code you received in the e-mail when purchasing the customer card in the "Discount code" field.

Will I get a discount in the online store if I have already purchased a Traveler's customer card?

Yes. To activate the customer discount, create a customer account and in the "Discount code" section, enter the code that was sent to the means of communication specified when purchasing the customer card (e-mail or text message).

How to use the customer card in the physical store of the Traveler, if it was purchased in the online store?

Before paying for the purchase, you must tell the cashier at the checkout and the cashier will find it in the database according to your data.

Since we offer the products of Latvian manufacturers at the lowest possible markup, discounts are not applied to the following products of Latvian manufacturers: MilCoffee, Modern Nomad and GMT Beauty.
