The traveler's customer card provides special discounts, offers and loyalty bonuses.

What advantages does the Traveler customer card provide?

The traveler's customer card is our store's customer card, with which you will receive at least a 10% discount on full-price purchases* , as well as are held regularly customer days when the customer card is special discounts .

The customer card can be used:

• In the store Traveller, Riga, Brīvības 155/4
• In the Urban Outdoor store in Riga, K.Barona street 7/9
• Veikalscelotajs.lv online store

How to use the customer card in the Traveler's online store?

To use the customer card discount in the online store, you must enter the number of your customer card, which you will receive by e-mail, in the "Discount code" field before paying.

With the customer card, we also offer additional discounts for certain groups of society (valid only in physical stores upon presentation of the relevant documents):

For soldiers and guards

15% discount for all full price items* and upon presentation of a service certificate.

Honor families with 3+ card

15% off all full price items* when you show your 3+ card.

For seniors

15% discount on full price items* upon presentation of a pensioner's ID.

*Are there any product groups to which discounts are not applied?

Yes, discounts are not applied to the following products:

• when purchasing gift cards (when shopping with a gift card, discounts are applied in the same order as when shopping with a card or cash)
• for the goods of some Latvian manufacturers (this is because we offer the products of Latvian manufacturers at the lowest possible markup. Latvian manufacturers: MilCoffee, Modern Nomad and GMT Beauty .

Is the card electronic?

Yes.

How soon after purchase will the card be active?

The purchase of the customer's card is processed like any other order (within 24 hours, if the order is placed on a working day before 12:00 p.m.).

Discounts are not cumulative.
